Cottage Bakery Long Beach Founded
The Bakery first opened its doors in Long Beach at it's current location. It passed through a variety of names and owners during this time, but it has always been a staple gathering place of the community.
Bob and Judi Andrew Purchase the Bakery
Bob and Judi Andrew devoted almost half a century to the bakery, which often served as a prime meeting place downtown. Throughout their time, Bob and Judi were beloved town leaders.
The Harrells + Swains Take the Helm
Jeff and Casey Harrell and Mark and Lindy Swain purchase the bakery and rename it in honor of Dylan Harrell who passed away after a 20-month battle with cancer. Dylan loved the bakery, so the team infused this 100+ year-old working bakery with extra whimsy, unicorns, rainbows, and sprinkles to remember Dylan.Featured Recipies
